Recruitment to the post of Multi Tasking Non Technical Staff in Different States & Union Territories 2010
The reasonal offices of Staff Selection Commission are making recruiment to the post of Multi Tasking Staff onPay Band of (5200-20500) + Grade Pay 1800/-.
Educatiuonal Qualifications:( As on 31.12.2010)
1. Matriculation should be passed from an recognised board/university.
Remark:Candidate who have not qualified the required examination as on 31.12.2010 need not to apply. Because they are not eligible for this.
Age Limit: 18-25 Years as on 31.12.2010
Pay Scale: ( 5200- 20200/-) + Grade Pay 1800/-
Selection Procedure:
A written Exam will be conducted in the end the february month of 2011. Candidate should check newpapers, website on regular basis for latest updates. After Written Exam Candidates will be selected for each state/UT on the basis of their performance in the written examination.
Scheme of Written Examination :
The written examination will consist of one objective type paper as shown below :
1.Part I : General Intelligence & Reasoning ( 25questions)
2.Part II : Numerical Aptitude ( 25 questions)
3.Part III : General English ( 50 questions)
4.Part IV : General Awareness (50 questions)
NOTE-I : The Paper will consist of Objective Type- Multiple choice questions only. The questions will be set both in English & Hindi, except Part III.
NOTE-II: There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.
Fee: RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY( 100/-) for each Application. Fee is exempted for all Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped, and Ex-Servicemen, eligible for reservation.

Off-Line :
The candidates submitting Paper application should pay the fee by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS)”only . CRFS are available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country. Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose and got cancelled from the Counter of Post Office of issue with the date stamp of the Issuing Post Office in such a manner that the impression or the cancellation stamp partially overflows on the Application Form itself, taking care at the same time that the impression is clear and distinct to facilitate the identification of date and Post Office of issue at any subsequent stage. After getting the Recruitment Fee Stamps cancelled from the Post Office, the candidates must submit their application to the concerned Regional Office/Sub Regional Offices of the Commission in the usual manner after completing other formalities.

For candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and for candidates residing abroad – 07.01.2011. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED LATE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
